Q:Do you offer delivery?

A:Home Décor Outlets offers independent delivery services at all locations. For a minimal fee all of your products can be delivered within a reasonable distance from the store. For more information or to set up a delivery, please contact the store.

Q:Do you hold my product in the warehouse if I open a layaway/price hold account?

A:The company does not hold the merchandise at the sale location to make sure you receive brand new products every time. In order to do this we ask that you give a two week notice before product is to be picked up.

Q:How do I get approved for financing?

A:Home Décor Outlets Outlets offers multiple financing/lease to own options to fit everyone’s needs. Most of these options are NO CREDIT NEEDED with minimal or no down payment. Apply online or at a store near you.

Q:How do I make a Layaway Payment?

A:To make a Layaway Payment, visit your local Home Décor Outlets location and make a payment in person. You may also mail your Layaway Payment to Home Decor Corporate Office, located at: 9875 Medlock Bridge Parkway, Suite 200, Johns Creek, GA 30022. We accept checks or money orders by mail.

Q:Who do I contact if I have a question about my financing agreement?

A:Our financing/lease to own options are done through third party companies. If you have any questions in regards to your agreement, please contact the finance/lease to own company directly. (Find their numbers below)
